              Bill has extensive experience in the application of Just-in-time, quality systems and lean manufacturing techniques in both the manufacturing and service Industries. He has over 15 years experience working in China and India. Prior to this he has provided consultancy services to various Australian companies developing and implementing more efficient systems that streamline work flow to eliminate waste and reduce costs. He has also had extensive experience working in various aerospace companies in Australia, USA and Europe. Since 2011 he has overseen the development, commercialization, manufacturing and sale of 3D desktop printers shipped to over 130 countries. Currently he is responsible for overseeing the Austral 3D Global operations and assisting other businesses and entrepreneurs to take their own similar initiatives in India.

          Coming from an entrepreneurial family, which having run successful businesses for over four decades, Sriram started his career in 2007, in their manufacturing company, M/S designs & prototypes, which was started by his father, that used to make Power Electronics equipment, supplying primarily to Indian Railways since 1975. As a successful and dynamic businessman having taken over from his father, he has subsequently expanded into the Construction business at Chennai, he carries a captivating personality with realistic views and ambitious goals.

With an MS in Engineering Management and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering both from the United States and over 9 years of focused experience in Manufacturing and Construction Technology, Sriram Mahadevan’s current area of focus is developing office and commercial space catering to the IT/ITES sector as well as MNCs which require premium work space with amenities at affordable prices.

Instrumental in bringing in world leading collaborations, Sriram’s core area lies in creation of Strategic Alliances, Infrastructure Acquisitions and Manufacturing and Management Solutions.

Representing foreign firms to be their business partner in India and possibilities for assembling and part manufacturing products that cater to various industries including Sugar and Chemicals, Aviation, Mapping, Surveying & Sensing and other various manufacturing sectors along with BPO/KPO related services is the primary area of interest and ongoing expansion for Dr. (h.c.) Sriram Mahadevan.
